Q.
Who can use this service?
A. All our individual customers at select centres having a valid ATM cum
Debit Card can use the service. The Primary Bank Account associated with the ATM
cum Debit Card will get debited for the amount of the Bill Payment |

Q.
How do I avail the service?
A. To avail the bill payment service, you need to Register for the
Service, by filling the registration form (available with our branches) and
submitting the same at the branch where you have your ATM account along with a
'Balance Inquiry Transaction Slip' printed from the ATM within last 30 days and
photocopy of the last electricity / water / telephone bill paid(not older than
three months). |

What bills can I pay using
this service?
A.
Currently you can pay your bills for BSNL basic and
mobile phones, water and electricity through this service. (You may pay bills of
your company, spouse, children, etc. provided you have given the details in the
registration form for the bills you want to pay through your ATM card.) |

Q.
How do I start using the service?
A. From the next billing cycle onwards i.e. within 14 days of your
submitting the registration form with the branch, you can view the bill amount
and due date details over the ATM. You can make the payment of these bills
anytime till 1 working day before due date of the bill, at any State Bank ATM
using your ATM card. |

Q.
How do I pay a bill on the ATM?

In the main menu, select “SERVICES"
option

Enter you PIN
-
Select the “BILL PAY" option
-
Select "VIEW AND PAY BILLS" option
-
A list of your current unpaid bills
(in respect of the billers opted by you at the time of registration) will be
displayed on the screen
-
Enter the Serial No. of the bill you
want to pay.
-
Select “YES” and confirm. Bill
details will appear on screen.

In case you do not wish to pay the
bill, press “Cancel” key on the ATM
-
To pay the bill, enter the payment
option (1) for full payment. Confirm payment by pressing, “YES”
-
You will be issued a transaction
confirmation receipt for your bill payment.

Q.
Can I pay bills on due date?
A. To ensure that your payment reaches your biller by the due date you
have to pay your bills at least 1 working day prior to the due date mentioned by
the biller e.g. if due date mentioned by biller is say 24th March, you should
give instructions for payment by 23rd March. |

Q.
Do I get a receipt on
payment of the bill?
A. Yes, you will get a transaction receipt bearing a Transaction ID (TID)
Number acknowledging the receipt of your payment instruction for the bill.
Please use the photocopy of this transaction slip for any future reference. |

Do I continue to get bills
in physical form?
A. Yes, you will continue to get the physical bill(s) as usual. |

than the bill amount?
No.
