Through RTGS, we provide
instant remittance facility to our customers for more than 36000
RTGS enabled branches of different banks situated in India. We
have enabled all branches of our Bank for RTGS. IFSC
codes (Indian Financial System Code, an eleven digit code)
has been allotted to all our branches.A list of RTGS enabled branches
of all Banks is available at RBI website (http://www.rbi.org.in).
RTGS is a system which enables banks and financial institutions
to transfer funds to one another, on their own or on behalf of
their customers, on an immediate, final and irrevocable basis
during the business hours specified by RBI.
At present following business hours have been specified by
RBI for RTGS transactions: |

Branches will remit the funds 15 to 20 minutes before end of operating session
mentioned above to avoid liquidity problems / cancellation of messages.

So for sending or receiving instant
remittances, to or from customers maintaining accounts at other
Banks, make use of our RTGS facility. For remittances to clients
maintaining accounts with us, make use of our Core Power
facility. |
